REALIZATION OF CUSTOMIZED LI-PO BATTERIES

Since 2009, ELECTRAVIA proposes its expertise for the realization of customized Li-Po batteries:

= > studies of integrated Li-Po batteries with electronics of control, balancing, display and recording of parameters

= > integration of every packs of batteries Li-Po on the basis of KOKAM cells : see catalog KOKAM

= > conception and realization of the electronics of surveillance and balancing of Li-Po cells :

* BMS (Battery Management System), managing the load and the discharge of the battery

* PCM (Protection Circuit Modulates), modulates connected to every cell checking permanently its voltage

* Equalizer of every cell

These circuits are made customized according to the cells and the use of batteries.

= > conception and realization of the communication's protocols

= > manufacturing of the dedicated instrumentation

=> conception and realization of specific packaging for the cells

= > selection or realization of dedicated chargers. The load of Li-Po cells is made in constant intensity until obtain a tension of 4,2V by cell, then it continues in constant voltage until the intensity of load passes below c / 20. For the industrial Li-Po cells, the load can intervene at once after use. For example, the complete refill of a battery Li-Po of 3kWh sets 1:30. Li-Po batteries are useful immediately after refill.
